Amber Gin is our pineapple gin taken a step further. After fermenting and distilling Queen pineapples into our base spirit, we macerate it on traditional gin botanicals. That rest on juniper and supporting botanicals gives the spirit its gold colour and a warmer, more layered gin character, still built on a pure pineapple distillate from Hluhluwe.

Serve: On the rocks, in a G&T, or in place of a London Dry where you want more body and tropical depth.
