This brandy begins the same way as our gin: Queen pineapples fermented and distilled in Hluhluwe. The new spirit then goes into old bourbon American white oak barrels to age. Oak, vanilla and dried-fruit notes from the cask sit on top of the pineapple distillate. a South African brandy that is still clearly a fruit spirit, not a grape copy.

Serve: Neat or with a single ice cube after dinner.
